Thank you for shopping at OL'Affair!

We take great care in making sure that the products you recieve are in good condition. However, if any item(s) purchased from OL'Affair fail(s) to meet your expectations, it may be returned by mail to our address for a refund or exchange.

The following Return and Exchange Policy applies:
  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. An exchange will be done only if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or defected.
  3. There will be strictly no cash refunds UNLESS the exact same piece is out of stock.
  4. No size/color exchange is allowed as the measurement details are clearly provided on our website.
  5. No exchange is allowed for item(s) on sales.
  6. OL'Affair reserves the right to reject any request that does not conform to the exchange and return policy.

How to perform an exchange?

  1. Drop us an email at olaffair.sale@gmail.com as follows:
    Subject: Defective or Wrong Item(s) Delivered - Invoice No. [XXXX]
    Note: You are encouraged to take snapshots of the problematic areas and attach it with your email.
  2. We will contact you once we identify the defects/wrong item(s) delivered through the attached snapshots.
  3. Pack and seal your return item(s)securely (in the original package if possible) and send it to the address which we will provide in the email.
  4. All defective item(s) are subjected to inspection by OL'Affair. If item(s) is deemed defective or wrongly delivered, a replacement (if available) will be delivered to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to your bank account.
